Hey girl, hey! I am your designer and new best friend, Emily Carter, a true renaissance woman. I am a local Memphian, but after I graduated from UT Knoxville with a Bachelor of Architecture, I began my career in Nashville at one of the top Fortune 500 companies, Hospital Corporation of America. I was quickly promoted to a role with the Department of Safety and Homeland Security managing a real estate portfolio of 100+ buildings across Tennessee. The journey has been long and rewarding, but I have made my way back home, working full time as a Construction Project Manager with Shelby County Schools. As if that isn't enough, my hubby and I are real estate investors, specializing in short-term rental properties, and authors of New York Times best seller, The Recipe.

That was my proper intro, but to know me is to get the real deal intro. When not working, I am a full-time wife to my high school sweetheart, William, a mommy to our three littles, Liam, Lennox, & Legend, or travelling somewhere in the world living my best life with family and friends!

I'd describe my style as timeless, modern, monochromatic, loving all things black, white, grey, gold + nude. I started this company through much sacrifice and frustration of not being truly happy with my career. Le Blanc Atelier, "the white design studio" alludes to my spiritual connection with God. He is the ultimate creator and from Him alone is where my gifts are derived. The name of the company is a reminder for me that I have a blank canvas with every project and with life in general. So my prayer is that through our connection and working together, you too, are inspired to paint your own masterpiece.
